Jeremy Grimes
Principal, Creative Director
Jeremy is an executive creative partner working closely with clients to strengthen their business through their brands. Over the past 22 years, Jeremy has held leadership positions for top brand consultancies on F500, global accounts. With a foundation in design and experience, Jeremy has contributed to all phases of brand creation and management. He is active throughout the brand life cycle—from strategic definition, creative ideation and design through initialization.
Prior, Jeremy co-founded TenTen, a brand activation consultancy, where he provided executive, strategic and creative leadership; growing the company into a multi-million dollar business over it’s first 5 years.
Jeremy has also led creative teams at the world’s leading brand consultancies including Interbrand, where as a creative director he was awarded a Red Dot for the Qualcomm rebrand, receiving praise for the brand’s “dynamic qualities and humanization of complicated technology” and a notable mention from 2013 REBRAND 100 Global Awards for the rebrand of Humana. Jeremy also worked closely with Thomson Reuters’ CMO to create and evolve the new brand over its first three years, contributing to a $1.2B increase in brand value.
While at Interbrand, he defined the agency’s approach to Brand Experience rethinking processes and deliverables for the agency, shaping the role of digital across all offerings and major clients.

A nerd for all things systems and data, Christina has spent three decades focused on brand development, portfolio management, and verbal strategy for global clients from Iceland to Qatar to Shanghai.
This diverse experience yields a unique perspective on how brands can best connect to stakeholders. With purpose and corporate culture at the core, she strives to unlock the power of cognitive linguistics and issue framing to motivate behaviors that drive business growth and create the most compelling possible brand vision.
Christina has been the strategic lead for Interbrand, Razorfish, Siegel+Gale, and Wolff Olins at the head of large and small interdisciplinary teams. She believes that the best results come from engaging all levels and skill sets in order to develop answers that hit the mark and can be easily activated. An indefatigable champion of inclusive thinking, she has partnered on successful launches and repositionings for complex organizations.
